Charlotte watters
Charlotte’s litigation practice includes general liability, catastrophic injury, toxic tort, and medical malpractice matters.
In her construction law practice, Charlotte represents owners, contractors, and engineers in a variety of construction and renewable energy matters, nationally and internationally. She has represented clients in state and federal court and before the American Arbitration Association and the International Chamber of Commerce.
In addition to her dispute resolution work, she also advises clients on a range of other legal matters, including state and federal regulatory compliance, corporate structuring and management, and contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
In her free time, Charlotte enjoys traveling, cooking, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Before law school, Charlotte studied at Oxford University and the University of Edinburgh and worked in Scottish Parliament. Charlotte is a proud native Tucsonan and enjoys playing tennis and spending time outdoors with her dogs.
